Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks, plus shipping time, and begins after setup, revisions, and final artwork approval are complete.

Setup Fee
A $25 setup fee applies to orders of up to 24 hats. The setup fee is waived for orders of 25 hats or more.
The setup fee will also be waived when all artwork is reused from a previous order with no changes or revisions.

Logo & Thread Colors
Logos will be converted to a maximum of 15 thread colors. We will match your artwork to our available thread colors as closely as possible.

Artwork on File
We keep approved artwork on file for convenient use on future orders.

Artwork Authorization
By uploading a logo or artwork for customized products, you certify that you are the copyright owner or have obtained permission from the copyright owner to reproduce and use the submitted artwork.
